Remember, that to access the members area, you'll be asked for a username and password, and you should use your unique code that came in your welcome email as both the username and password.

If you find that your browser isn't accepting your username and password combination, please do the following...

• Make sure you are using the same code for both the username and password
• If you are copying and pasting the code, make sure you're not copying any extra characters (like trailing spaces etc)
• Try typing the code in to both the username and password boxes, rather than copying and pasting them
• If you've done all these and you still can't login, let us know, and we'll be glad to help
